Returns and Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me to discuss a solution.

  • Refunds will only be given for items that are faulty, or become so with normal use, once the item is returned. If the item is unfit for purpose a refund will be given for the original item cost including original postage. 

  • I do not offer refunds for a change of mind, however if the item is returned unopened and in the original condition store credit may be offered. Postage will not be refunded for change of mind.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of being received (you should retain proof of postage in case of delay).

Postage Information (Australia)

 

Due to the requirements of PayPal I am only able to ship to the address provided by you through the PayPal checkout. Please ensure you select the correct address.

 

Postage is automatically calculated based on weight with the minimum postage available being a standard 500g parcel within Australia (450g of skeins as packaging adds to weight). If multiple skeins are purchased I will post them together. Quantities over 450g will require additional postage to be purchased for a larger satchel.

 

  • Australia Post predicts delivery of standard satchels in 5-6 business days, however, delays do occur on occasion so please allow 2-3 weeks.

  • Express postage can be selected at checkout but please ensure that you are within the Australia Post Express Network before purchasing as delivery times are unable to be guaranteed outside of these areas.

  • Australia Post estimate express post delivery within 2-5 business days as there is no next day delivery available from WA where I am based.

 

If your purchase does not arrive within the expected time frame please contact me asap so I can follow up with Australia Post.

International postage must be sent as a parcel.

International postage for USA, UK and NZ will be calculated at checkout.

Timeframes for international delivery can vary considerably. If you need your items by a particular date please contact me to discuss prior to purchasing.

All international parcels are sent with tracking.
